 OFERTZONA is a company, whose idea arose in Madrid at the end of 2011, by the hand of four young people

 entrepreneurs: Marly Calderón, Ana Cavero, Rocío Rodríguez and Andreea Tau. Shopping enthusiasts

 online and with experience in e-Commerce1, however they found some shortcomings in the offer

 existing platforms, such as the dispersion of pages and types of products that could be obtained, the

 lack of usability2 of searches and low segmentation in these companies. This problem does not

 it simply exists in Spain, but it is an evil that travels the world.

 For this reason OFERTZONA intends to cover these existing deficiencies in the platforms by making its

 website is as accessible as possible and easy to handle by users, trying to send them the offers

 most attractive, with the fewest number of clicks.

 1.1. QUALIFICATION OF THE ENTREPRENEUR

 The team of entrepreneurs is made up of four people: Marly Calderón, Ana Cavero, Rocío

 Rodríguez and Andreea Tau; each contributing 25% to the business.

 This group is formed with the intention of carrying out a common project of high interest to its

 components. Below are detailed the academic, professional and business qualities of each

 one of the members of the entrepreneur team:

  Marly Calderón Singer

  Academic Training

 She is an Industrial Engineer specialized in mechanics from the Polytechnic Experimental University "U.N.E.F.A" of

 Venezuela and has a Master's Degree in Natural Gas Business Management from the Simón Bolívar University

 from Venezuela and finishing a Master in Business Administration and Management (MBA) from the University

 Complutense of Madrid.

  Professional Career and Business Experience

 His professional career and business experience is closely linked to the company Petróleos de

 Venezuela S.A. In their journey they are:

 -Engineer in the Major Maintenance Department, where he participated in Major Maintenance

 of Turbocharger Units number two and three of the High Gas Injection Plant

 Pressure, PIGAP I of PDVSA Oriente and raising of technical report.

 - Engineer in the Department of Maintenance and Services. He carried out the comprehensive evaluation of the

 Seal Oil System of the Turbocharger Units of the High Gas Injection Plant

 PIGAP I pressure.

 - Junior Engineer in the Refining and Petrochemical Division. His duties were to review and

 technical analysis of hydrocarbon industrialization projects for their registration and / or

 updating, carrying out technical visits to companies to verify compliance with the

 specifications that they must apply to carry out their activities and the preparation of technical reports

 inspection and approval or not of permits and new projects.
